NEW and EXCLUSIVE!  Army Hospital Train Videos

The U.S. Army produced miles of 35 mm films documenting activities of hospital trains and their personnel, both in the U.S. and abroad.  These silent black-and-white films provide a fascinating and poignant look into their operations and the people involved.  These films have been stored in the National Archives near Washington, DC for decades.  Due to their age and fragility, they have not been available for viewing.  In 2026, RailwaySurgery.org was able to have them digitized.  We are proud to present them to be viewed for the first time in generations!  Head over to our Motion Pictures page and enjoy!
